If you need food assistance, our Helping Hands pantry has food supplies to help you get through a tight spot. LAKESHORE CENTER is getting ready for SUMMER CAMP SEASON!! There are brochures available with camp schedules, including day camps, overnights, family camps, and week-long camps. First Pres will cover the cost of the day camps for our church families. We're asking families to provide $25 for overnight camps and $100 for week-long camps. The church will scholarship the remaining cost! We are also thrilled to offer this same coverage for friends of our kids so they can bring a buddy! Register online and get ready for CAMP SEASON!! If you have questions, contact Christine Feltman or the church office and we will get answers for you, just reach out!
Summer Tech--Bible fun for kids (and adults)
If you're looking for a way to share the Bible stories with your littles, download the Bible App for Kids by Life.Church in the Play Store on your mobile device. There is a big picture view that you can follow in order or hop around to different areas of God's story. Each story has a narrated reading, interactive scenes, and an activity to help bring the message home. Karen Roed shared this app with the K-6 Mix at the end of this season as a way to help keep our families focused on learning God's Word. It’s a branch of the YouVersion Bible App also by Life.Church. The YouVersion Bible App is an amazing resource for all of us offering a portable Bible with multiple translation options, daily devotionals/verse of the day, guided prayers, and devotional plans on many topics for deeper study. Find it under YouVersion Bible App in the Play Store of your phone or tablet. The icon is a small brown HOLY BIBLE. Both are free apps.
